According to many salutistic magazines the most important meal of the day is breakfast. It doesn't matter if you make it at dawn, mid-morning  or near the lunch, what matters is putting the " fuel" for our body. Personally, when I read on the packaging "for a great start eat three cookies a day in milk, a fruit and a juice" I ignore it and soak nonchalantly other 8 or 9 biscuits in coffee and milk, so mine is a real full of gasoline.
